The following is our recommended minimum system configuration for proper video performance and functionality. Please review these technical and internet requirements needed before signing up for our service.
Internet Download Speed of 50Mbps or higher. You can test your speed at speedtest.net. on either wired or wireless networks. If wireless, connection speed, or cellular provider speed will determine the overall quality of viewing experience.
Recommended Browser. We typically recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, then Microsoft Edge in that order. Our systems will not run properly on Internet Explorer or other older browsers. Secondary browsers such as Opera, Waterfox, Brave, Vivaldi have not been tested yet, so performance can not be verified.
Apple:
Mac OS X Cheetah 10.0.4 or higher. Older macOS may encounter problems or not have the capability to support the latest browsers. You can check your macOS version here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201260

Streaming Devices:
Currently, we are not supporting streaming equipment including but not limited to Xbox, Samsung WebOS, Playstation, Amazon TV, Apple TV, Vizio SmartTV, Roku, Amazon FireStick, Amazon Fire TV Cube, Chromecast, Andriod TV, TiVo, etc. While you are free to use these devices, we cannot provide advice or troubleshoot problems involving streaming our videos to TV.
We are in development to provide this service and will keep our loyal fans updated.
Mobile Devices:
Currently, all users should have the capability to access our videos using supported browsers (Chrome or Safari) on mobile devices manufactured in 2018 or later. Similar to computer requirements, the age of the apparatus combined with the version of the operating system (“Android or Ios”) will determine final capability. If wireless, connection speed, or cellular provider speed will determine the overall quality of viewing experience.
